Full Journal pdf2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2041 HB 135 Representative Coghill moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 1983) on the following at this time: CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 135(HES) "An Act relating to marital and family therapists." and SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 135(HES) (same title) 2003-05-20 House Journal Page 2042 There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Coghill moved that the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 135(HES), thus adopting SCS CSHB 135(HES), and recommended that the members vote yes. The question being: "Shall the House concur in the Senate amendment to CSHB 135(HES)?" The roll was taken with the following result: SCS CSHB 135(HES) Concur YEAS: 35 NAYS: 0 EXCUSED: 3 ABSENT: 2 Yeas: Anderson, Berkowitz, Chenault, Cissna, Coghill, Crawford, Dahlstrom, Fate, Foster, Gara, Gatto, Gruenberg, Guttenberg, Harris, Hawker, Heinze, Kapsner, Kerttula, Kookesh, Kott, Lynn, Masek, McGuire, Meyer, Morgan, Ogg, Rokeberg, Samuels, Seaton, Stoltze, Weyhrauch, Whitaker, Williams, Wilson, Wolf Excused: Croft, Joule, Moses Absent: Holm, Kohring And so, the House concurred in the Senate amendment, thus adopting SCS CSHB 135(HES). The Chief Clerk notified the Senate. SCS CSHB 135(HES) was referred to the Chief Clerk for enrollment.
